Therefore, when a patient is discharged or for any reason the relationship with the client is finished, their data cannot be deleted since there is an obligation of custody of the health history record. Once the period mentioned has been exceeded, and having ended the healthcare relationship, the person in charge will keep their specific data blocked and pseudo-anonymous, during the period corresponding to the legal prescription.
  • Data provided to make any request for information, complaint, suggestion, claim, exercise of your rights: will be kept for the time legally established,and for the period necessary for the formulation, exercise or defense of claims.
  • Data processed for compliance with legal obligations: will be kept for the time established in the applicable legislation.
